License Overview:

Mescaform Media grants the user (referred to as "Licensee") an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use the UI assets provided on Oyacamp (referred to as "Assets") for the development of games, applications, and other interactive content or experiences.

Who This License Applies To:

• This license is intended for individual creators, developers, and development teams.
• The Assets can be used in personal, commercial, and client projects related to games, applications, and interactive experiences.

You Can:

• Use the Assets in the development and publication of games, applications, and interactive digital content.
• Modify the Assets to create derivative works for inclusion in your projects.
• Utilize the Assets across an unlimited number of projects and platforms.
• Incorporate the Assets into projects for clients, with the end product being a game, application, or interactive experience.
• Sell your end products that include the Assets to end users.

You Cannot:

• Redistribute the Assets, whether modified or original, as standalone files or part of other asset collections.
• Share your access to Oyacamp with individuals or entities not covered under your license.
• Use the Assets in any project or product that directly competes with Mescaform Media or Oyacamp.
• Employ the Assets in any non-interactive content or experiences without obtaining explicit permission from Mescaform Media.

Examples of Allowed Use:

• Creating a mobile app that features interactive storytelling, using the Assets for UI elements.
• Developing a virtual reality experience where the Assets are used within the interactive interface.
• Producing a game for PC or consoles that includes the Assets in its UI design.

Examples of Prohibited Use:

• Launching an online marketplace that offers the Assets, or derivatives of them, for download.
• Developing a software tool that includes Oyacamp Assets, aimed at creating games or interactive content, and offering it to others.
• Distributing the Assets through channels meant for sharing or selling design resources.

Enforcement and Compliance:

• Non-compliance with this license may lead to revocation of access to the Assets and possible legal ramifications.
• Mescaform Media reserves the right to verify the proper use of the Assets to ensure adherence to this agreement.

Liability Limitation:

• Mescaform Media's responsibility for any legal issues arising from your use of the Assets is limited to the fee paid for access to the Assets.

Governing Law:

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
